Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rod4d platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and rod4d. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register.
Each player may hold only one active rod4d account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals are processed in IDR to verified bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) or e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay).
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse promotional offers may result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and loss limits are available to all members. rod4d reserves the right to restrict accounts if problem gambling indicators are observed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rod4d is incorporated. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration before any court action.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rod4d. By creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2.3 rod4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on rod4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
3.2 rod4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed to rod4d's satisfaction.
3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction. rod4d does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
4.1 To access the full functionality of the Platform, including depositing funds and placing Wagers, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
4.2 One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on rod4d. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rod4d may, at its absolute discretion, close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Balances held within them pending investigation.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity.
4.4 You agree to notify rod4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
4.5 rod4d reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason.
5.1 rod4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
5.2 rod4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Deposits and gameplay may continue during a verification review at rod4d's discretion.
5.3 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.4 All KYC documents submitted to rod4d are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.1 All deposits to your rod4d Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform and must originate from a source in your own name. Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, although rod4d's AML procedures may require additional documentation for large deposits.
6.3 Deposits are credited to your Account in real time in most cases. Processing delays may occur due to third-party payment provider technical issues. rod4d is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
6.4 rod4d does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as having originated from an account or payment instrument not registered in the player's own name, rod4d reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the Account pending investigation.
6.5 Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn without restriction. Deposited funds that have been used to qualify for a bonus offer are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the player's own name and verified as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
7.3 rod4d targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved following any applicable security checks:
7.4 rod4d reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. This may extend processing times. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
7.5 Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the Account has an unresolved KYC requirement, an open dispute, an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, or if the Account has been flagged for suspicious activity.
7.6 rod4d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Players should note that their own bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees independent of rod4d.
8.1 rod4d may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is advertised.
8.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 500.000 requires Rp 5.000.000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal.
8.3 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. rod4d may use technical measures to detect and prevent multi-accounting for bonus purposes.
8.4 Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, unless a different validity period is specified in the promotion terms.
8.5 During the wagering period, the maximum single-round stake that may be placed using bonus funds is Rp 100.000. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
8.6 rod4d reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim any bonus or derived winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
8.7 Bonus offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time before they have been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall apply.
9.1 All bets placed on rod4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are made available within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms.
9.2 Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted on all listed events. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In general, bets on postponed matches are voided and stakes returned unless the match commences and is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
9.3 Asian Handicap (voor bola): rod4d offers Asian handicap markets on football events. A voor bola (Asian handicap) bet eliminates the draw outcome by assigning a virtual goal advantage or deficit to one team. Full rules for Asian handicap settlement, including quarter-handicap splits, are available in the Sports Betting Help section of the Platform.
9.4 Accumulator / Mix Parlay: Accumulator bets (known locally as mix parlay) require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one selection is voided (e.g., due to a postponed match), the accumulator reverts to the number of remaining selections with the odds recalculated accordingly.
9.5 Live Casino: All live table games are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live) and the applicable variant rules displayed in the game interface. The studio's official rules take precedence in the event of any discrepancy.
9.6 Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on rod4d are derived from the official results of the respective international lottery pool (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, etc.). rod4d does not control or influence draw results. Disputes regarding draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw.
9.7 rod4d reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the event is known ("late bet"), placed as a result of a system or pricing error, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical vulnerability in the Platform.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rod4d Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balance:
10.2 rod4d employs technical measures, including IP analysis, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analytics, to detect prohibited conduct. Evidence of prohibited conduct obtained through these means may be used to take action against the relevant Account.
11.1 All content on the rod4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of rod4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of rod4d.
11.4 Game titles, studio names, and associated intellectual property (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) remain the exclusive property of the respective rights holders. rod4d operates as a licensed distributor of such content.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rod4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
12.2 rod4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. rod4d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
12.3 rod4d is not liable for losses incurred as a result of third-party payment processor delays, bank processing times outside rod4d's control, internet connectivity failures on the player's end, or force majeure events.
12.4 In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain categories of damages, rod4d's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12.5 rod4d's total aggregate liability to any player, arising from any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 rod4d provides all registered players with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools available in the Account Settings section, including:
13.2 Self-exclusion and cool-off requests submitted via live chat will be processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. rod4d will not attempt to dissuade any player from using these tools.
13.3 Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed, and any funds deposited during the exclusion period will be returned to the player.

14.1 rod4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
14.2 Upon Account termination by rod4d for reasons other than player breach, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within 7 business days.
14.3 Where an Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, rod4d reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, rod4d may forfeit the Balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.
14.4 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
15.1 rod4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, rod4d will endeavour to provide notice to players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rod4d is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact rod4d's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. rod4d will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
16.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration before any judicial proceedings are commenced. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
16.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests pending the outcome of arbitration.
